Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

The Coastal Cove reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to:

  • products becoming unavailable;

  • pricing or website errors;

  • suspected fraudulent activity;

  • suspected unauthorised transactions;

  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Occasionally, inventory discrepancies may occur despite our best efforts. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange either:

  • a refund;

  • a store credit; or

  • an alternative product where agreed.

Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts or discount codes.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;

  • discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively;

  • promotions exclude gift cards unless specified;

  • promotions may exclude selected brands or products;

  • promotions may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable only at The Coastal Cove.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded unless required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Shipping

Shipping information, delivery estimates and postage charges are outlined in our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms.

Please refer to that policy for information regarding:

  • change of mind returns;

  • exchanges;

  • store credit;

  • faulty items;

  • return eligibility;

  • return shipping costs.

Nothing within our Returns & Exchanges Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

This includes, but is not limited to:
